Mr. Ayers made motion that the minutes of June S, 1972 be approved with the correction
made as stated above. ~Ir. Walker seconded the motion, all voted aye. '-'

Mr. Ayers made motion that the ConditiOnal Use for Medical Building be approved, seconded
by )M, Koster, all voted aye,

Mr. Olds read memo from ~r. Largent stating that-this thir~ foot al!eM and two on the
ends were needed to give access to the ne'~[ shopping center ~and in his opinion ~as ok to
approve.
~r. Nyquist in his memo to the BOard stated that he approved of the plan for abandomment
and could seen~roblems emanating with regard to this abandonment.

~irs. Frye stepped up to the podiunn and requested that the City activate the Communit~
Appearance Board again and. requested Planning & Zoning to give this committee their
cooperation. Mrs... Frye said they had gone to other cities and had ~meetin~s with their'-
needed' aic~ng with the Site Plan approval Board. '~ .... .

Mr. Ayers felt that 'the R'3 restrictions put on St, Andrews area was' the right one.
Mr. Olds Presented a petition that was sent to Planning & Zoning Board fr~m City Com~cil
requesting a Change inC-1 z~g on Boynton Road. Discussion ensued over ~this. Mr..
Ayers said that this has been a C-1 ]oning for many years and nothing could b'e dOhe
regarding this n~ as there, is'a moratori~n on rezone/g[ ~ · ·
