Mr. Olds called the meeting to order at 3:35 P.M.
}lt, Largent stated that Council wants an answer on this for tonights Council
meeting, Palm Beach County is trying to get a .omprehensive Land Use ~.~p for
the unincorporated lands. }4r. VmIntyre has requested that the City cooperate
with the County and have a moratorium, on mention and zoning for ,one year.
Mr. ~eaver stated that we have tried to plan Boynton Beach to be a part of
Palm Beach County, not something that would not fit. It has been practically
impossible to find out what the County is planning. ¥'te should do our a~n plsrming.
If we don't annex then we don't have the right to tell them how to zone, We can
only tell them to pay for water and se~er. ~is would mean sei~ing back and
waiting to see what the County is going to do before we do anything. I~e should
not give sewer and water without annexation.
~. Ayers stated that none of their options meets the needs of the City of
Boynton Beach.

for the betterment of Boynton Beach should be considered for annexation by the
