Board went over minutes from meeting of October 27 in order to make ~tions.

During the discussion ~,k. Ayers had asked ~r. Patterson if he objected to the
R-3 zoning during the Public Hearings as it would create a traffic hazard. He
had so objected.

Dr. Pmborn made a motion to apologize to Council for omission of pertinent
remarks made during recent meetings. He stated that it is virtually impossible to
keep track of all remarks made, under present conditions, and suitable recording
equipment would prevent this occuring. He would appreciate Council furnishing
new equipment for the use of all Boards and especially for use of this Board.

This motion seconded by ~'~. Ayers and carried 6-0 in favor. Chairman to send su~!
letter.
Board then continued to go over proposed ordinance page by page from the point
~ere it had stopped at the last~meeting.
Board had ranch discussion on parking, setbacks, yards, etc., in commercial
zones.
Building Official instructed by Board to ma?m changes iv. proposed ordinance
agreed on by Board.
