explained the situation. He submitted plans of the type of building he intended
to build. Would provide hedge that would be well kept or put up a wall.
Directly South is the Seven Eleven, no buildings to the West~ to the East is
a street.

Other Business
L~. Sarno stated that Gerald Dake will be present at the meetJ_ug Wednesday night
to go over snd up-date the Master Plan.. Would like to have two meetings, one for
the Master Plau and enoS]er to discuss zoning.
Go over the Ms, tar Plsn for the Hospital zone and the zone along ~ Intercoastal.
Each' mmmber should study these areas and ask question at the mae ~ting.
