Approval of the minutes of December 21 was deferred, due to the fact that only two member~ present Were on the Board at that time. New Busimess : Parcel # 1-Lots 5 ~S and 7, Pine Crest Ridge as recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 153 Palm Beach County Records Request: R-2 to R-3A Address: 117/129 S~ W. 2Sth A~nue Applicant: 'Dr. Frank E. Kucema Parcel-to beused fora ap~ts D~. Frank Kucera appeared (n his o~m behalf. The zoning change would give one element of feasibility. Can build one .more apartment trader R~3, whirl% may or may not be built. It will be rental apartments, one bedroom~ 1 bath, primarily fo~ hospital employees. TWo letters were read objecting to the zoning ahange; one from ~'~, and Mrs. Stuax~ B. Fulle~ and one':.'~ William and Dorothy Cox. ~ms. Cox Was present at the meeting. A motion was made by ~. Blacketer to recc~mend the zoning change be granted, subject to '~he fact that c~ly two-story buildings ~tl be built, with a ~ritten stipulation f-rcm Dm. Kucera. Motion seconded by ~s.
