O69-41 ORDINANCE NO. 69 -~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE 62-9 OF SAID CITY BY REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST, PALM BEACH COUNTY, WITHIN SAID CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREINAFTER; PROVIDING FURTHER FOR SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISIONS, AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1: Thai certain parcel of land located in Section 29, Town 45 South, Range 43 East, Palm Beach County, (See attached description) is hereby rezoned from Zone R-3A to Zone C-1.* The Official Zoning Map of lhe City shall be amended accordingly.* Subject to terms and conditions set forth City Planning and Zoning Board at its meeting of November 3, 1969. Section 2: Separabilily: Each of the provisions of this Ordinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any portion hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be affected but shall remain in full force and effect. Section 3: Repealing Provisions: AIl ordinances or parts of ordinance s in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
