O69-28 ORDINANCE NO. 69 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH] FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE 62-9 OF SAID CITY BY REZONING FOUR CERTAIN PARCELS LOCATED IN SECTIONS 29 AND 32, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST, WITHIN SAID CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREINAFTER; PROVIDING FURTHER FOR SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISIONS, AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES / BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1: The following parcels are hereby rezoned as follows: PARCEL NO. F: An accurate description is attached hereto as Exhibit #1 and hereby made a part hereof, and is hereby rezoned from Zone R1AA to Zone R- 3A. PARCEL NO. G: An accurate description is attached hereto as Exhibit #2 and hereby made a part hereof, and is hereby rezoned from Zone R1AA to Zone R-3A. PARCEL NO.
