~eeting called to order at 7:50 P.M. by Chairman.

To consider abandonment of 50 feet., Road Right of Way
lying in the N. PL corner of Sec. 29, 3~p. 45S,
Range 43E, ming south approximately 600' from the
north line of said Section, bounded on the west by
Parcels 2,3,4 and sand beach of Lake Boynton and on the
east by Parcel 1 and sand beach of gaid Lake, as shown
on Subdivision Plat of Sec. 29 and 20, Twp. 45 S Range
as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 20, Palm,. Beach County

No one was present to represent Ca!dos Properties
Board discussed this proposed abandonment and no one present lmew the
reasons for the request.
Chairman said they needed to know more about this matter and. was at a loss
to know why they had requested abandonoment.
bbtion made by ~{r. McCoy to have Cb_aim refer this to City Attorney for
advice and table Boards action until next meeting, t4otion was seconded by
Mr. Olds and all voted aye. ~otion carried.
Chairman then called a special meeting for t~ednesday, Sept. 25, 1970.
Motion made by Mr. Olds to approve minutes of meetings from August 27, 1970.
and September 5, 1970, as written. Motion seconded by }{r. McCoy and all
voted aye. 55nutes were approved.

~r~tion was made to teminate regular meting.,' by ?4r. ~cCo¥ and proceed into
a workshop .meeting. Seconded by Mr, Brull and all voted aye. Board went
into a workshop meeting,
~lr. Noman }iichaels then came forward to further discuss his request coor~ming
Folih;i~,¢ Harbor property. Stated that his Architect was at present in the
process of redra~ing a plat of the area he had requested, by changed on the
proposed ne~ City Zoning ~lap. New drmeing will shew buildings,
recreation facilities, etc. It will also set forth densities.
Board discussed this with him. and each other. }4ost me~bers were not in
favor of any co~_tercial zoning at the corner of Congress and twen~ird
.avenue. Also, didn't favor as much multiple family as he had. shown on
his request.
Omirman gave each Board member a map of ~.e area cuncerned and asked that
each one sketch out his ideas and brir~g to the next meting..
}~. Brull stated that Board should see property involved in t~is case and
also in future cases.
