M~eting called to order at 7:40 P.M. by tempoPary Chairman.
Board discussed prot~sed new map for City zoning but found that ~er~ld Dake
had taken the map that had been previously %~rked on, with him. He also
had promised that he would get the Ordinance revisions back to help review the
m~p.
Board requested that the temporary Cha~ w~ite M~. Pake and request these
items be sent es soon as possible~
Minutes from previous meetings were read and following eomrections adopted.
M~n~es of April 15~ 1970, meeting, page 3, change name of applicant from
'~Kents" to "~Kini]g,. Also, on previous minutes, change temporary Chairman from
Rober~ Olds to Jay Samno.
Ray al3en made a motion that Jay Sarno be elected re.gula? chairman. Motion
seeonde~ by P~. Olds. Ail voted aye ~nd motion carmied.
Board ~equested that Cha~ w~ite a letteP to Council requesting that three
member be replaced with new members as they haven't been present at meetings.
