Livingston made a motion that ~r. ~ehrell be elected for Chairman and
the motion ~es e~c~nded by ~r, ~anthey. Al! voted aye and mot/on was
carried.
i~;anthey made a motion that Br. Blacketer be mede Vice Chairman and ~otion
seconded by ~;r. ~ehr=llo All voted aye and motion was carried.
i.r. ~ehrell mede a motion that ~r. 5keels be mede sec~retaty and motion
was seconded by ~r. ~enthey. All voted aye and motion ~aa carried,
Board discussed a night ?or holding regular monthly meetings to determine
which night would be beet ?or all and also to have tn?ormetion ready to
present to Counc/1 ?or thel~ meetings. It mae pointed out by ~r. ~ehr=ll
that Council met on first and third b~ondays o~ each month. A motion to
~eet on the First ~ednesday or each month was made by Ur, f~ianthey and
seconded by 2to Blacketer. 211 voted aye and motion ~ae carried,
Discussion was held on rules o?.procedure ?or ?uture meetings and
agreed that Roberts f~ules o? Order should be used as a gu/de.
