Meeting called to order at 7:33 P.M. by Chairman.

Chairman asked for approval of minutes of October 13, t9~9, meeting.
Board pointed out that no approval needed as no qllO~m ~A?~s present.
Those present agreed ~rith minutes as written.
C~ Weaver called attention to fact that no approval for ~ection
$ of Leisureville shows on July 21, 1969 minutes, as written. Re-
quested a motion from. floor to correct these to sh~v this approved.
Some discussion followed and Board members felt this was mostly
academic, as Council had already approved this Section. Some members
that had been at the meeting were not present tonight. Worrell made
motion to correct minutes and motion died fop lack of a second. To
bring up later at another meeting.
Chairman noted to Board that the reeonmended Service Station Ordinance
had 'passed Council.

be given to the Board by owners.
Motion made.by ?-~. Cloutier and seconded by ~.~. Sarno to table tl~is
until more information given Board. _All voted aye and motion carmied.
At this time Chairmsn requested tbmt this meeting be carmied forward
to Wednesday, October 29, 1969 and to the foll~-~ing Monday, when
D~e was due to be present.

Owners c~ne forward and explained that this strip was only 125 feet
deep and not suitable fo~ apsrtments, as people would not waut an
apartment overlooking comnereial. Owner has no definite plans for
its use as yet.
Board discussed pros ~nd cons of this parcel.
¥~. Wor~ell suggested that Board needs a site plan develo~t layout.
~k~. Weaver suggested possible use for professional offices and
simit~ar uses.
~ir. Allen suggested leaving it as is ontil developn~nt plans are
submitted.
Motion ~ade to table this for workshop by Mr. Worrel! and seconded by
~. Cloutier. All voted aye and motion carried.
Board requested that Chsirman infom City Clerk that all future
quests have plans accompany them for each member and be brought up
workshop prior to the regular meetings.
Chairman called workshop for October 29, 1969, at 7 P.M. to continue
present business and new m~p and or~nsnce. Caldos to be discussed
followiug ~nday.
