Meeting called at 7:15 P.M. by Chei~sn
Leisureville apartments provided ~ith walk area into Shopping Center from
Section ~. No auto access ~nted as would bec~ne bad traffic problem.
Building Official to get ~ith Harold Hopkins and request larger entrance
facilities from Ocean Drive into Section 4 of ap~t area at Leisureville.
Mr. Weaver requested Board members start thinking about mobile homes and
trailer parks for an ordinance. Probably similar to County. State Board of
Health would have requirements also.
Also, requested Board to start working on high rise data to be ready for
an ordinance on this for future. Somewhat similar to County is suggested.
~. Dake sent ~rd that he will be present next l'~nday and have land use
map up-to~da~e. At that time, above items to be discussed. F.e ~.~J.!l also
have a rough draft of a proposed Service Station 0rdiusnce ready for
discussion by Board.
Basic layout of Section 4 on Leisureville for apartments is OK ~dm widen-
ing of access off Ocean Drive only ~equest.
