Sarno made a motion to approve the rezoning and it was seconded by Mr. MacAlpine. All voted aye. Request: Address: O~ner: R-1 to R-2 ~ N. E. llth Avenue Nathaniel Robinson Requesting rezoning from R-I to R-2 for a duplex. This area has existing multiple f~mily and rezoning would be consistent with future proposed land use. Request is very similar to one granted to Bmlene }~iller recently. Board held discussion c~ this parcel. There was one objection by letter put into record. Most people in area were for rezoning. Motion made by }'~. Worrell to grant rezoning and seconded by ~. A_ll~n. Ail voted aye. At this point, regular meeting was adjourned and Board %~nt into a dis- cussion ~_hh I'~. Gerald Dake and. Associates on proposed land use and other subjects. Partial layout of Section 4, in Leisureville~ submitted to ~. Dake for study and comments. Board: ~. Dake and Building Department needs over- all layout on this section to check ingress and egress~ units, parking, etc. Part submitted needs more parking, but access seems OK. _~Sm. This ordinance to be revi~md in c~njunetion.~with future land use and zoning plans. Ways of control by methods ~rseparation distance discussed. Lot szze, ingress and egress controls, etc. Considerable discussion held on possibility of landscaping ordinance. Mm. D~<e to write this into new zoning ord~_nance, especially for commercial. Board went over proposed lm~d use map in detail with P~. Dake ~nd several changes suggested. Board to hold several special meetings on this subject on Monday nights of each week to facilitate ~s work. Next meeting to be June 2, 1969, at 7:00 P.M. Meeting adjourned at 10:40 P.M.
