CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH AND MASTER LEASE
CORPORATION AUTHORIZING THE ACQUISITION

THE LEASE TO OWN OPTION, A COPY OF SAID

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission

'Tliere are two ways to submit a lease application:
To FAX the application, make photocopies of both the
Credit Information and Lease Agreement forms and FAX
them to the Master Lease Corporation Lease Processing
Center. Call the Master Lease FAX machine at: (215) 668-
0600. We will call you within 24 hours with an answer.
To phone in the application, call our toll-free hotline: 1-800-
73-LEASE. Our hotline is staffed Monday through Friday from
8:30 am to 8:30 pm, Eastern- Time.
Avoid delays when you submit the Lease Agreement
Once your customer's lease application has been ap-
proved, send the signed Lease Agreement, along with the
Advance Payment check, to Master Lease Corporation.
Lease Processing Center, at the address below. Retain a
photocopy of the Lease (see below).
Please make sure that the Advance Payment check is
made payable to Master Lease Corporation.
