was tabled at regula~ n~eting, November 12, 1968, fOr further study.
M~tion to remove from table carried by unanimous vote.
After a lengthy discussion, joined in by all those p~esent, the
following motion was made by Mr. MacAlpine, seconded by Mr. Cloutier.

If the Council needs a decision ncw, we would rendem the decision of
approval."
