Mr. 01ds called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.Mo
Mr. Wehrell moved the minutes be accepted with change indicated~ as
written. Seconded by Mr. Weaver. Unanimously carried.
Change on second page: should read "North of present filling station"
not "North to Boynton Canal".
NEW BUSINESS
Parcel 1:
Lots 8, 9, 10 and 11, Lakeside Gardens, as recorded in
Plat Book 8, Page 57, Palm Beach County records.
Request: C-1 to R-3A
Location: 617 Dimick Road
0~er: Effie Keller
i'M. Olds asked Mrs. Keller, owner of this property, to come forward
to discuss her request. She advised that she would like to build a new
house on the property and that the old house would be torn down before
the new one was built. She also advised that the over-growth of shrubs
~nd bushes will all be cut back and the place will be completely
trLmmed and neat at that time.

~ro Olds read a letter from a neighbor having no objection to the re-
zoning, but only requesting that the old house be torn down.
~o ~.Jertz moved that the request be granted from C-1 to R-3A.
Seconded by~o ~,~ehrell. Unanimously carried.
OLD BUSI ~N~$_S
Discussion held pertaining to garbage cans being brought in from
~h~ street within certain time limit. The P~srd will check the
Ordinances covering this matter.

JULY ~ 1967.
~. Olds advised that M~. Coooer contacted City Hall and advised
that he would like to be relieved from his position on the
Planning and Zoning ?~oard.
Discussion followed and it was suggested that the members of the
]~oard give some thought to a replacement for ~-~2. Cooper ~nd
possibly the addition of another Board Member. at the next
meeting of the Planning & Zoning Board this will be brought up
again and at that time, a possible replacement will be decided.
~. Wertz moved that the meeting be 6djourned. Seconded by ~:~. Weaver.
Unanimously carried. Meeting adjourned at 8:15 P.M.
