MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING
Plaraning & Zoning Board, December 30, 1965
Mrs. Edna Smith came forward and asked what type of apartments
would go on the property. Mr. %~Tohlleb explained that Mr. Borough
could build any type of apartment, rental, condominium or coopera-
tive. Mr. Keats also explained that this is a request for change
of zoning and the Board cannot control the type of apartment that
goes on the property, and that they have no more knowledge than
anyone else as to what he plans for the property.
Mr. ~.~ertz.. stated t_~t: he felt that there should be definite
plans for the use of the property. Mr. Keats replied that no
matter what plans Mr. Borough might have, he would not have to
follow through with them.
Mr. Allen said Mr. Borough is requesting R-3A zoning with apart-
ments in mind, but has not bad time to get plans together. There
are definite indications that The Four Seasons Development Corp.,
which owns the property to the north, is interested in this
property for more apartments.
Mr. Keats stated that he could not see what else the property
could be used for.
There were no objectors in the audience.
Mr. Keats moved to grant the request. It was seconded by Mr.
Olds and unanimously carried.
Meeting adjourned at 8:05 P.M.
