Henderson, City Manager, urging all the members of various Boards to attend all meetings.at this meetingThe Chairmanwas 100%.wanted the ~eoGrd to ~ote that the attendance & !ette~ was read, sig~ed by 10 couples residi~ in Royal Palm Village, thanking the Board for rejecting a recent req~es~ for change in zoning in their a~ea by Er. ~einstock. The ~ ~for the zoning cha-~'u~e ~o'-~ C-1 to C-2 onapplicati°n oF ~ohn L. ~chie for Lot 22, Block ll Central Park address I~l S. E. 15th Avenue was announced. No one appeared in objection to the application. Er. ~chie was Present and explained to the Board that the ProPerty was Presently being used in a C-~ classification namely, I ' · - P umbzug shop, and was being Used in a C-.2 classification at the time the me~ster Plan was enacted. Strosheim appeared as the applicant and told the Board that he -!- intended building 16 one-bedroom units on the property, and the p~e- sent zoning would only ~allow him l0 ~its; he' Further stated that the additional six units wo~uld make the project econo~iCalty feasible.
