It was agreed per telephone calls to various members, and to
Mr. Moore that the request of Mr. B. F. Jones concerning construction
of a duplex apartment on his lot at 403 S. E. 4th Street should be granted
for the following reasons:
1 - As he is now considered non-conforming in C-1 zone with
a duplex ~xisting, an additional duplex will give four units which is allowable
in C-1 zone' - Thus he has a "building complex."
Z - Due to the location along the railroad, with no access to
the rear of his rather deep lot, the granting of his request will give him
a higher use of the property in question.
