This meeting was called to order by Vice Chairman, Robert Ryd
at 7:30 p.m.
Mr. Mirisola moved to omit reading minutes of 'last meeting, seconded
by Mr. Olds and unanimously carried.
On the request of Mr. C. A, Ostrom to change zoning on I4th Avenue
and S..E, 1st St; from C-1 to R-Z, Mr. Luigi moved that Lots 1 & Z be changed
from R-1 to C-1. Motion seconded by Dr. Raulston and unanimously carried.
Mr. Mirisola moved that this Board recommend to Council that
Lots 3, &, 5 and 44~ of Lot 6 be changed from R-1 to R-Z for duplex and
multiple dwellings on the request of Mr. Ostrom. Seconded by Mr. Olds
and unanimously carried.,.
There was general discussion in regard to city owned property at
.IxrW 1Zth Avenue and NW 1st St.
Dr. Rauston moved that this property not be sold inasmuch as it is
in the vicinity of the new Jr. High School and may be. needed for city purposes.
Motion seconded by Mr. Mirisota and unanimously carried.
