Any other use of the wholesale or retail co~aercial, warehousing, or .manufacturing nature, including storage yards, truck terminals, provid- mng that no use is obnoxious because of the emission of excessive amounts of dust, dirt, gas odors, smoke, fumes, noise or vibrations, nor possesses an abnormal explosion hazard. Junk yards, providing the operation is conducted within a closed build- ing or within an enclosed area having walls six (6) feet in height and subject to approvml of the City Council. No residences or trailer parks are permitted.
