HELD IN CITY HALL, BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, SEPTEMBER 16th, 1959.

The meeting was called to order by the Chairman.
Minutes of Special Joint Meeting of the Planning and Zoning Boards held
July 27th, 1959 were read and approved with no corrections.
Two applications were advertised for a hearing at this meeting.
Tract 1: Legal description - Lots 12~ ~, 14 Block E, Hathaway Park.
Address - S. E. 3rd St., Boynton Beach
Present Zoning - Duplex
To be re-zoned Light Industry or Commercial.
Owner and applicant -W. R. Nanshumaker.
After an examination of the existing zoning of surrounding ~roperty and
general discussion~ Nr. Weber moved that the Board recommend that this piece of
property be re-zoned for light industry. Nr. Hem~eman seconded the motion which
passed unanimously. No one from the audience objected te this change in zoning.
Tract 2: Legal description - Lots 20 and 21, Frank Webber Addition°
Address - N. W~. lOth Avenue, Boynton Beach.
Present zoning - Single Family residence.
To be re-zoned Multiple Dwelling.
Owner and applicant - Henry King.
After examining the existing zoning of surrounding property and general
discussion, Nr. Hemueman moved that the Board recommend denial of the application
for re-zoning. Mr. Weber seconded the motion which passed m~auimously. No one
from the audience objected to this change in zoning.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
