A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA
RELEASING THE ROADWAY RESTORATION BOND RELATING TO
A HAUL PERMIT FOR IMPORTATION OF SOILS AT BOYNS~N
LAKES PLAZA SHOPPING CENTER SITUATED AT THE SOUTH-
EAST CORNER OF HYPOLUXO ROAD AND CONGRESS AVENUE
WHEREAS, a Roadway Restoration Bond in the amount of $30,000.00
was posted on March 13, 1989 to the City of Boynton Beach as suitable
surety for roadway restoration as a means of mitigating roadway damage
and unconfined emissions of blowing sand due to soil hauling operations
at Boynton Lakes Plaza Shopping Center, and,
WHEREAS, the haul work has been completed without damage to off-
site roadway areas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the Roadway Restoration Bond in the amount of $30,000.00
posted for the haul permit for the above named sit~ is hereby released
