b. Comments must be related to proposed design of Eco Park
c. Virtual audience must raise hand virtually while in person audience is speaking. Once
virtual public audience starts, hand raising will be disabled in GoTo Webinar.

TWO OR MORE MEMBERS OF THE RECREATION AND PARKS ADVISORY BOARD MAY BE PRESENT. TWO OR MORE
MEMBERS OF THE CITY COMMISSION MAY BE PRESENT.
