89-FFFA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
REDUCING THE PERFORMANCE BOND FOR QUAIL RUN, BEING
A REPLAT OF QUAIL LAKE WEST IN SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP
45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST
WHEREAS, a performance bond in the amount of '$1,341,263.40 (reduced
$7.88,004.00 by Resolution No. 88-III) is being held to insure that sub-
division improvements are installed, completed and paid for in accordance with
applicable requirements, and,
WHEREAS, all work is completed except for street lighting and water
and sewer hookups to undeveloped lots.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY%HE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the amount of the bond be reduced to the value of the uncom-
pleted work plus 10%, amounting to $29,903.40.
