}~eting was called to order by the Chairmsm at 7:30 P.M.
~. Dutch annoo~ced that the Co-~ucilman serving on the Plam~ing Board,
~yor ~honey, was present at this meeting and wo~2d attend all future meetings.
He also ar~nounced and introduced City .Attorney, Ronald Fr~da~ ~Yno is to attend
the meetings and give the Board legal service.
1~. Pimental~ !~ster Planner~ was introduced to the members of the Board.

The minutes of the meeting held January 28th were read and approved,
A discussion of the work of the previous ~ster Plannim~Board s_nd the
proposed
followed. OZamnance published in the Boynton Beach News~ October i6th and 23rd
~i~. McCormack moved and M~. Getz seconded that the Board verify from the
records if the City Council had given authority to the Plarming Board to advertise
the zoning ordinance as a legal add and that~ if such were the case~ that +~he
Council be requested to advise the general public. Motion Carried.

Chairman~ himself~ as a committee to check the Council ordinances and records 'bo
verify this fact.
It was moved byMr. l~Co-~up~ck~ seconded by~. C~tz and passed unanimousiy
that a letter be ~itten to the City Co~ncil asking the Council declare invalid
all previous acts of the l~.ster Plan Conm~ission prior to the ' ' ~
appomnvmeno of the
present howard. Copy of the letter to the Council is attached to these minutes°
