The meeting was called to order by the Chairman at 7.30 P.M. ~he minutes of the previous meeting of October 23 were read and were approved. Mr. Carl Warner presented a plat of Seacrest Estates. Mr. Weaver moved that the request of Mr. Warner for zoning for dmplexes be granted, allowing for a minimum of lb00 sq. ft. and a maximum land usage of 30~ with ample off-street parking to provide a minimum of one car for each unit; this to apply to Parcel "A" also. ~. CoBin seconded. Motion carried. A letter from Robert Burgess, Jr., was read requesting re-zoning for business purposes of property owned and described By him in Boynton Beach. Mr. Simmonds moved this be referred to the Zoning Board as spot zoning. Mr, Cobin seconded. Motion carried/ A letterwas read from M~. Joseph Detmond requesting re-zoning to light industry of property owned by him in Boyn~en. ~r. Cobin moved this be referred to the Zoning Board as spot zoning; that while it is recognised as a case of spot zoning, it is recommended it Be favorably acted upon in the light of the peripheral zoning, adjacent zoning to the North is light indmstry, and abutting is the railway R/W where light industry has been zoned almost continuolly, and the request would appear to fit in with the best plamning t~wards z~tion for zoning. Mr. ~acey seconded. Motion carried. Mr. I~rkin read the annual report of the Planning Board for 1~?, (Copy attached), addressed to the Council. The report of the Subcommittee on Parking and Traffic was also read and passed to the Comoil. Mr. Cobin moved the meeting adjomrn. carried. ~Ir. ~immonds seconded.
