Yates requesting zoning to pern~it construction of a church. ~fro Simmonds moved that the ~etter be referred to the Zoning Board with the reco~endation that the zoning be allo~d, and that lots 8, 9, I0, 11 and 12 in Block ~ be re-zoned for residential A. 5~r. ~lerkel seconded. ~otion passed. A letter was re~d from Carl Gru3n~ons, requesting re-zoning of his property, lots !, £, Z and ~, Bloc~ £, Boynton Heights, to co-mercia!.. It was agreed to reco~mend to the Zoning.
