Item 1.
The Chairman called the meeti%M to order at 7.50 P.~;.
~fr. Racey read the _minutes of the previous meeting of the Board
of November 14.
lfr. Sin~monds moved that the minutes be accepted, l~r. Durkin
seconded, lIotion carried.
D~ro ¥~eaver reported that the Industrial Area Committee is trying
to york out something more or less satisfactory to everyone, but it
is a problem.
A petition, dated November 23~, with eight signatures, was read
requesting the private street knov~ as Lakeside Gardens be zoned
"A" Residential.

~,~ . Oyer said that at the meeting to which all property o~mers in
the neighborhood, had been invited to express their vie~qooints, virtually
al~ residents of Lakeside Gardens m~re in favor of ~" zoning.
Starting with the ~7orth side of Lakeside Gardens and ru_~nin~o the
private road bordering the property knovm as the ~oa~h Pervamger prop-
erty,-and the property to the North kno~ as the Louise Kraft Buckner
tractor be re-zoned Class "A", except those portions at present zoned
co,me rcial.
The Planning Board recommends to the Zoning~ Board that these changes

Item 2. That the ovmers of the Dorothy Shepperd and Irving Kirsch properties
be contacted in regard to changing to Class "F" holding type.

other properties in that block be contacted ... to "Commercial D.
Those areas designated as Class F. would eliminate wh~t the Board
feel~would be impropoer zoningof Cla~s B. and buyers would be informed
that the final use of the land vould be at the discretion of the
Council.

The Planning Board is awaiting a request from the property o~ers
regarding this.
Item 6. That the owners of the SandpiD~per and Lake Village be contacted
with regard to making their property Class "]Y'.
The change recommended is to Class "F" insteadof D.
Item
The Seaview Trailer Park to be re-zoned to ~ommercial "D".
It is re¢o~ended that this be changed to Class "F", instead of "If'.
Item 8. It is reco~mended that the property owned by the Boynton Land
Co~po:ration be re-zoned to Class "F" holding.
There being no further busihess Hr. Feltis moved that the meeting
