the owner of Lots i~ 2, 3~ ~ and 5 in Block 6~ Central Park
request that yod recommend zoninM of this property to be changed
to light industry. The property has little value v~th its present
z6nir~ as residential because it lies ~sSiately adjacent to the
F.E.C. P~ilroad.
A light industrial Non~ug would create a good b~fer between.the
railroad and the residential property lying to the ~mst and womld
pern'~t this land to be ~t to its best possible use.
It is ~y opinion that the zoninM of this land shoo~d be 1Lmited
to non-objectionable ty.~.s of bdsinesses so as not to devalue .the
fired adjacent residential lands.

Re: Reauest for Zoning Change
Gentlemen:
I am the ova~er of the fo].tov~Z~ described proF~rty:
Lots i~ 2~ 3~ 9~ !0~ it and 12 in Block ~
Lots l~and i0 in Block i8~
Lots l~ 2, 7 and 8 in Blod~ 19,;
Lots l'and 6 Lu Block 2;~
Lots l, 2 and 3 in Block 25~ all of the fore~olng 5einM
in BO~$ PAR~ according-to the Plat thereof~ recorded
Lu Plat Book ll~ Page ~7, 5f the F%blic Records of
Pa]za Beach Coun~ Florida.
These properties front on the F.E.C. R~ilroad at the south portion
of the to~{m and the present residential zonir~ ~=mkes these 16ts
valueless. It is my belief tb~t if these lots were zoned f6r ~
light industry such as v~rehouSir~o~ and cles~u~ non-obnoxious, non-
noisy li~at types of z~ne~acturing that the econo~ of the city
~ould be ~eatly benefited and there vould be no defrayment to
fronting prope~bies.
Therefore, I reco~mend %hat you approve that tB_~s propert~ be
zoned light industrial.
