1. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF MEMBERS AND VISITORS
In the absence of Chairman Thompson, Vice Chairman Miriana called the meeting to order
at 7:12 p.m.

Mr. Garnsey moved that the minutes of the last meeting be approved at the November 20
meeting. Mr. Taylor seconded the motion which carried 4-0.

PUBLIC HEARING
A. Case No. 210
Location: Northeast corner of Boynton Beach
Boulevard and NW 7th Court
Property Owner: Papa John's USA
Requested Variance: Request for relief from Chapter 2 - Zoning,
Section 6.B.3 of the City of Boynton Beach
Land Development Regulations to allow a
21 foot 11 inch rear setback instead of the
Code required 30 feet.
Vice Chairman Miriana announced that this case could not be heard this evening due to the
insufficient number of board members in attendance.
Motion
Mr. Taylor moved to hear the case of Papa John's at the November 20 meeting. Mr. Garnsey
seconded the motion which carried 4-0.

Mr. Taylor moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:16 p.m. Mr. Uleck seconded the motion which
carried unanimously.
