N~W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT- The performance bond No. 4126717 provided by Safeco Insurance .Company of America is hereby released.
