AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE 62-9 OF SAID CITY
BY REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL MORE~.PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED HEREINAFTER, LOCATED IN SECTION 33,
TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST, BOYNTON BEACH,
PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM ZONE C-1 TO
ZONE R-~; PROVIDING FURTHER FOR SAVINGS CLAUSE,
REPEALING PROVISIONS, AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
~E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
~LORIDA;
Section 1: The following described parcel shall be rezoned from
,~one C-1 to Zone R-3:
Parcel No. 1: The West 100 feet of the East 356.54 feet
of the North 125 feet of the South 1910 feet of the East
one-half of the Northeast one-quarzer, lying West of
U. S. Highway No. 1, Seclion 33, Township 45 South,
Range .43 East, City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordingly.
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this Ordinance
are separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any portion
hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be affected but
shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: Repealing Provisions: All ordinances or parts of

6rdlnances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: Effective Date: This ordinance shall become effective
In the manner and at the time provided by the Charter and Ordinances of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
