O67-10ORDINANCE NO. 67 10 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNT©N BEACH~ FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 62-9 OF SAID CITY BE REZONING A PARCEL OF LAND IN SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST IN PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM C-1 TO R-3A; PROVIDING FOR A SAVING CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISIONS AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: The following parcel shall be rezoned from C-1 to R~3A and the official zoning map of the City shall be amended accordingly: Lots 8, 9, 10, and 11, LAKESIDE GARDENS, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 57, Palm Beach County Records. SECTION 2: Separability. Each of the provisions of this ordinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any portion hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be affected but shall remain in full force and effect. SECTION 3: Repealing provisions. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 4: Effective date. This ordinance shall be- come effective in the manner and at the time provided by the Chart¢ and ordinances of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA. FIRST reading this 2I day of August ,A.D., 1967.
