Re: Assistance to Longwood Promotional Assessment for Lieutenant
Dear Captain Clemons-
I want to take this oppoitunity to thank you for your assistance with the promotional assessment
for Lieutenant that was completed in mid October. As you are well aware these types of
processes catn do be accomplished without the critical assistance of assessors and facilitators
such as yourself.
Your assistance in this important process is greatly appreciated. It is essential to have fair and
impartial evaluations completed and outside assessors enable this to occur. Your attention and
concentration to each of the candidates was ,greatly appreciated.
As you are aware N e instituted an assessor certification program in 2004. You are already
certified in the program and should have the certificate in your possession which is good for two
years from the date of achieving the certification. You only need to attend the last hour of any
future assessor training conducted by our organization during the certification period. As you
will recall the last hour of training pertains specifically to that particular assessment, hence the
need to attend. If you are contacted to be an assessor for a department that is utilizing our frn7
as the consultant _dust ad -vise therm that you are a certified assessor and inform their that you will
be attending only the last hour of assessor training.
Again, thanks for your commitment and assistance. If we can ever assist you in any of your
efforts please do not hesitate to contact us. v
Sincerely,
