IT IS RECOMMENDED THE SIDEWALK WAIVER REQUEST SHOULD BE DENIED.THE SAFETY OF OUR CITIZENS
AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC SAFETY NEEDS TO BE THE MAIN CONSIDERATION IN THE REVIEW OF WAIVER
REQUESTS. I FEEL THAT BY ELIMINATION OF THIS SIDEWALK IT COULD ENDANGER SOMEONES
SAFETY.THEIR IS ALSO EXISTING SIDEWALKS TO THE NORTH OF THIS PROPERTY WHICH COULD EASILY BE
EXTENDED THOUGH THIS RIGHT OF WAY. DON
