Artide 15, Traffic Performance Standards, of the Palm Beach unty Unified land
Development Code (UlDC). The proposed land use and intensity are ithin the limits of the
original approval of the Quantum Park DRI, as shown on Attachm ot 3, therefore, the
proposed project is not subject to the Traffic Performance Standards.

It is proposed to expand the existing Hampton Inn onto Lot 2 of Quan~m Park in the City of
Boynton Beach. It is proposed to add 54 rooms to the existing 1 07 ~ m hotel. The site is
locatEd along Gateway Boulevard west of the E-4 Canal. Access to the site is via the existing
driveway connection to Gateway Boulevard.
