Bel/South has no objection to the abandonment of the cui de sac, described as:
all that part of the right-of-way for Kepner Drive (Southeast Seventh
Street) as shown on the Plat of Boynton Isles Plat No.2, recorded in Plat
Book 45 at page 109 of the public records of Palm Beach County, Florida,
lying east of the northerly extension of the west line of Lot 1, said Plat of
Boynton Isles Plat No.2, to the northwest corner of said Lot 1. Containing
658 square feet or 0.0151 acre, more or less.
