advertisement that the City is required by law to place in a
local newspaper as part of the notification procedures regarding
potential annexations. Your property is one of five properties
being considered for annexation by the City Commission of the
City of Boynton Beach on October 18, 1994.
You will recall that this property is being considered for
annexation pursuant to the City's Annexation Program, and in
accordance with the voluntary petition for annexation within the
corresponding agreement for water service with the City.
