Please be advised that it has previously been determined by city legal staff that the 1983 conditional use approval for Bayflite Marine for boat sales at 1406 North Federal Highway has expired. Therefore, a new conditional use application needs to be submitted to the planning and Zoning Department to reestablish boat sales on the subject property. The conditional use process requires site plan review, however if no improvements are proposed, a detailed survey showing all elements required of a site plan (see attached list), can be submitted. This survey will require review by staff and the Technical Review Committee (TRC) to ascertain whether the existing site improvements meet code and whether the use, in conjunction with the existing conditions on the site, meets the attached twelve (12) standards for evaluating conditional uses, listed in Appendix A- Zoning, Section 11.2.d. of the Boynton Beach Code of ordinance. After their review, the TRC will ma}t;.e a recommendation to the planning and Development Board and city Commission for approval of the conditional use. For your convenience, I've attached a conditional use submittal/process schedule. Please feel free to call me or Michael Haag, site Development Administrator, at (407) 375-6260 if you have further questions. Sincerely, C' - J~C)_.r1tIU..#a. I Tambri J. He~r- attch. Please be advised that it has previously been determined by city legal staff that the 1983 conditional use approval for Bayfli te Marine for boat sales at 1406 North Federal Highway has expired. After their review, the TRC will make a recommendation to the Planning and Development Board and City Commission for approval of the conditional use. For your convenience, I've attached a conditional use submittal/process schedule. Please feel free to call me or Michael Haag, site Development Administrator, at (407) 375-6260 if you have further questions. Sincerely, C' - J~ ()..rXt~J~a. 1 Tambri J. He~r-- attch.
