Upon review of the information submitted for the above referenced improvements, it is
concluded that no significant impact will occur to our system as a result of this construction.
Therefore, no drainage permit will be required at this time. However, any future
improvements will require review by this office.
Also please be advised that should any adverse impacts occur as a result of this change in
design, all responsibility for retro-fitting or other reparations shall be that of the Project
Engineer and or their client.
Please notify the LWDD Inspection Division 48 hours prior to the commencement of
construction. If you have any questions, please call Shaughn J. Webb, Chief Inspector.

The amended master plan for Boynton Comercenter has been submitted
for final sign-off by the Technical Review Committee. Three (3)
sets of plans, each requiring your unconditional signature, are
available for review in the Planning and Zoning Department. A copy
of the originally reviewed plans, staff comments, City Commission
and Planning and Development Board approvals of the Master Plan
Modification will be available for your use to perform the review.
Please review and sign-off each of the three (3) sets of plans, NO
LATER THAN 5:00 P.M., MAY 31,1996. If the plans are not in
compliance with your staff comments or City regulations, sign the
plans "subject to memo". To facilitate the sign-off process,
please resubmit written comments addressed to the Planning and
Zoning Director, NO LATER THAN 5:00 P.M., MAY 31, 1996.
It should be noted that the applicant is preparing plat documents
that will be processed through the Development Department. The plat
and construction documents shall coincide with the signed-off
Master Plan, any major deviation desired by the developer must be
approved by the Technical Review Committee.

Technical Review Comments
We've reviewed the' above project submission and agree it can proceed
with the following Qo~ents:
For parking lot expansions less than 25% by stall, only that portion
of the new lot must be brought to full compliance of the code.
Section 5-l39(d). These requirements will be addressed at time of
site plan review and will include: Lighting, Traffic Control,
Landscaping, Drainage.
The developer shall obtain a permit modification from South Florida
Water Management District permit #50-0109l-S, prior to site plan
approval.
