Heyden, Senior Planner ., ,'H DATE: October 8, 1991 SUBJECT: Application change during final sign-off Please note that during the final sign-off for the above-referenced project, this application was amended to include screen roofed screen enclosure extensions to the side of the type IX units within the Estates at Hunters' Run. The site plan application in the Planning Department File No. 632 was revised accordingly as well as the final sign-off plans on file in the Building Department. During the final sign-off, Bill Cavanaugh, of the Fire Department, re-reviewed the plans relative to the 12 foot minimum building separation as stated in Fire Department Memorandum No. 91-211 WDC, a staff comment to which this project approval was conditioned, and required the applicant to note on the final sign-off plans that screen roofed screen enclosures on the side of a type IX unit would not be subject to the 12 foot minimum building separation established, but would be subject to an 8 foot minimum building separation.
