RE: EASTGA TE I AT HUNTERS RUN
Dear Mr. Haag:
Please be advised that the Eastgate I at Hunters Run
Condominium Association Board of Directors will permit its
owners of Types I, II, III and IV units to enclose their
rear roofed porches under certain conditions as follows:
The enclosure must be made with sliders or sliding
doors, windows and walls and all materials must conform to
the existing exterior finish of these buildings. These
patios are all existing limited common elements.
Owners of types I, III and IV homes are permitted to
enclose their side patios with the same conditions
mentioned above.
Any owner requesting permission to enclose said area
must make their individual request to the Association, and
the Association will advise them in writing with its
permission and under what terms and conditions.
Please be certain not to issue a building permit for
any enclosure in this Association without first obtaining
a copy of the approval letter from the Board of Directors
of Eastgate I.
