I have revised and elaborated on the phasing schedule that you attached to your
March"_ 28, 1984 letter and am returning it to you with this letter.
If you concur with this revised schedule, please let Bud Howell know and he will
then release the building permit for you to begin construction of the foundation
only for the radiation therapy building.
If the work' identified in the phasing schedule as Number 1 is well underway,
then there will be no hold up in your receiving additional building permits for
the radiation therapy building once the foundation has been canpleted.
If there are any further questions concerning this, please let me know.

1. A. Construct pennanent curb cut at Golf Road with related drainage
improvements to keep drainage off roadway.
B. Construct temporary construction access southward fran pennanent Golf
Road curb cut, and construct t:enI>orary relocated S.W. 26th Avenue
extended. 'lhese temporary access roads will be for construction
traffic and the relocated 26th Avenue extended will also provide con-
tinual access to the rear of the Hospital property for anployee and
emergency access.
c. Rem::>ve asphalt paving west of S.W. 2nd Street at 24th Avenue and 25th
Avenue as required to construct the new east screen wall.
D. Rem::>ve pavement on S.W. 2nd street between 26th Avenue and 25th
Avenue and landscape per approved plan.
2. Start construction of radiation therapy building and begin relocation of
existing utilities as needed to insure no interruption of service. Plus
begin construction of utility loop around the rear (west) of the
Hospital.
3. Construct east and west screen walls to include stucco and painting, and
carry out related drainage improvements as necessary to protect off-site
properties.
4. Construct the 85 space surface parking lot at the northeast corner of the
Hospital with related drainage control.
5. Landscape the areas outside of both the east and west screen walls.
6. Canplete construction of the access road southward fran Golf Road and the
26th Avenue extended access road around the north end to the rear of the
Hospital. Canplete all remaining site ~rk associated with 169 and 142
space surface lots and ccxnplete these o..u surface lots.
7. Construct revised existing east surface parking lot between the Hospital
and Seacrest Boulevard.

Dear Mr. Clark:
This letter is to confinn our telephone conversation on December 19,
1983,concerning stormwater management for the above referenced project.
The design criteria are as follows:
1. Calculate square feet of paved and lawn ~reas.
2. Runoff coefficient for paved and roof areas - 85%.
3. Runoff coefficient for lawn areas - 10% to 15%,
4. Store on-site 3 year stonn of 2.7 inches per hour.
5. When \'/<1 ter ponds on pervi ous soil s, storage i 11 the
soil is based on 1 inch of water to each 6 inches
of soil above the \'/ater table,
6. Calculate stot'age on the surface in ponds.
7. Volume required = (S.F.) (.85 or .10) (.226)
I am proceeding with the calculations based on the above design
requirements.
