Limitations, Conditions and Requirements. 'Hospital shall have the ~ight to impose and enforce reasonable parking rules and regulations for the parking Area, including, but not limited to, the right to (a) restripe said parking spaces at any time so long as said restriping complies with applicable governmental regulations therefor; (b) tow or ticket vehicles left or abandoned overnight; (c) restrict such parking to cars and prohibit .such vehicles as trucks arid trailers; and (d) impose other such regulations as from time to time may be specified by Hospital but which shall not render the rights granted hereunder practically unusable. The grantof.the parking easement is expressly subject .to arid conditioned upon ,the terms and condit~ons of this Agreement. 4. Maintenance Costs. Hospital shall maintain and repair the property made available to partnership,by the terms of this Agreement .. 5. Revocation of Aqreement. In the event that: , (i) the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, no longer requires Partnership to have this Parking Easem~nt in order to meet its zoning requirements; or (ii) partnership does not construct the medical office building on Parcel B; then Hospital shall at its sole option have the right to immediately revoke all rights granted by the terms of this Easement and at such time all rights of access to Parcel A previously enjoyed by partnership shall cease. The policies required hereby shall name Hospital as an additional insured and shall contain a clause requirement that Partnership will not cancel or change the insurance policy without first giving Hospital ten (10) days prior written notice of change, . cancellation or nonrenewal.'
