By providing the required width for traffic access ~10n9 the north property line, no space rellains for the -reqUired 2 1/2' landscape strip. An existing eMU retaining wall runs along the north property line. The clear dimensions between this wall and the face of the existing buil~lng i8 ~.~ at its closest point. The wall is approximately 240' long. At the east end of the wall is a wooden fence which is apprOximately 4 1/2' high and continues to the east property line. On the west end ot the eMU wall i. a chain link fence Which continues to the west property line. It is pOSSible to provide landscaping along a portion of the chain fence as the width of the drive expands. As can be seen in the accompanying photos there is a line of shrubs above the retaining wall on the adjacent property.
