Dear Mr. Herman:
Please ,be advised that on Tuesday, May 1, 1990, the Technical
Review Board approved the referenced administrative site plan
modification subject to staff comments, copies of which are
attached.
These plans were approved subj ect to your compliance with the
attached stipulations and must now be modified to incorporate
same. To initiate your sign-off procedure, please submit two (2)
sets of modified plans to the Office of the Site Development
Division of the Building Department. This office will record the
required identification markings on each set of the modified
plans.
After each set of modified plans, has the appropriate markings,
you should proceed with your sign-off on each set of plans from
each Technical Review Board member who made comments. The Zoning
& Site Development Administrator will provide the Building
Department sign-off and is the last Technical Review Board member
to' review and sign-off the plans. If the Building Department did
not have comments that require sign-off, they are still the last
department to handle and process the plans. One (1) set of final
signed-off plans will remain with the Building Department and the
other set of plans will be returned to you to be retained at the
job site. '

improvements shown on the site plan. The site plan will be
viewed procedurally as an as-built or record drawing. 'If you
have any questions concerning this matter, please do not hesitate

Upon review of the above mentioned project, the following
conunents must be addressed in order to conform with Boynton Beach
city Codes:
1. All drawings and/or documents, submitted for public record
and prepared by a design professional, shall show original
raised seal and signature of a Florida registered design
professional responsible, for the drawings.
2. Show and specify on site plan drawing property line and/or
tract boundary line. Identify the building setback
dimension to the new addition from two (2) adjacent
property and/or tract lines.
3. Provide building elevation view drawings showing new
construction adjoining existing building. Specifically
identify 'the exterior finish material 'and color for the
walls, roof, trim, door and window frames and all other
solid exterior surfaces.
4. Identify the' finish floor elevation of the new addition, and
the total structure height.
5. Show and specify on the site plan drawing the location,
elevation, width and length of the required level platform
at the main entrance to the building. Show the width, spot
elevations and slope of the pathway that leads to the
entrance of the building from the handicapped parking
space. '
6. specify and show on the site plan drawing the following
information: 1) area of the new addition, existing building
and total building area, 2) proposed use of the new,
addition, and 3) total number of required parking spaces
consistent with the requirements identified in Appendix'
A-Zoning, Section 11.H.
7. Show and specify on the site plan drawing the location,
species of the new landscaping and the placement of the
relocated existing landscaping.
8. Provide a floor plan drawing of the entire building
including the new addition. Show a delineation between new
and existing construction.

Recreation Facility
Gentlemen:
Please accept the attached application for your review and approval.
We are adding a 672 S.F. Addition to the front of the existing facility.
The only area of the site to be effected is the area directly in front of
the existing clubhouse. The existing sidewalk in front of the clubhouse
will remain in the same location. We may need to provide a handicap ramp
on top of the existing sidewalk depending on field conditions.
The Landscaping on each side of the entrance to the existing entrance
will be removed. The same quantity of Landscaping will be reinstalled
at the completion of construction.
We will match as closely as possible the colors and exterior finishes of
the existing Building.
