attached.
These plans were approved subj ect to your compliance
attached stipulations. After you have amended your
reflect these stipulations, please submit two copies
plan drawings with the changes incorporated to the
Department for permitting purposes.
The approval of the Technical Review Board entitles you to con-
struct only the improvements shown on the site plan. The site
plan will be viewed procedurally as an as-built or record draw-

CROSS CREEK CENTRE (addition of parking spaces
to accommodate expanded retail square footage)
In order to receive site plan approval, the applicant should
incorporate the following conditions into the related documents:
1. Show on plans the appropriate number of handicapped parking
spaces at locations that provide handicapped accessibility
to the building (site total of six (6) required). Include
on the plans detailed drawings identifying required
handicapped stall sizes, markings and signage.
2. Show on plans required Peripheral Green Belt at new modified
areas. Green Belt location is established by measurement
parallel from property line. Ten (10) feet is required
where site is adjacent to commercially zoned property and
twenty-five (25) feet is required where site is adjacent to
residentially zoned property.
