RE: ADMINISTRATIVE SITE PLAN FOR DAVIES CABINET SHOP CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY AND INTENSIFICATION OF USE '" Upon review of the above-mentioned project, the following comments must be addressed in order to conform with Boynton Beach City Codes: 1. Dimension the total width of the rear ingress/egress. Maxi- mum width of unlandscaped accessway must not exceed thirty- five feet (35'). 2. Show on site plan type, size, spacing and location of the required visual screening area and material required to screen vehicle use area (existing driveway) from the adjacent public right-of-way (NE 3rd St). ~ ,. , , r -3. Show on site plan type, size, spacing and location of visual screening area and material required to screen vehicle use area (existing driveway) from abutting properties (each side of driveway). The required screening area shall consist of a strip of land with a minimum width of two and one-half feet (2-1/2'). The total lineal footage of visible vehicle use area, as seen from the abutting properties, shall contain a continuous barrier or screening material having a minimum height of four feet (4'), but not greater than six feet (6'), and located between the lot line and the vehicle use area. The preferable barrier or screening material is hedge land- scaping spaced at a maximum' of two feet (2') on center. 4. Dimension the width of the handicapped parking space. City standards require twelve feet (12'). 5. Handicapped parking space striping is four feet (4') wide and painted blue in conformance with City Codes. 6. Identify the elevation of the handicapped parking space. 7. Show the location, width, length and elevation of the level platform that is required at the entrance to the building. 8.
