EASEMENT ABANDONMENT
William and Kimberly Kellum, owners of lot 34 in Dos Lagos,
located at 34 Vista Del Rio, are requesting approval to abandon a
portion of a 10 foot wide utility easement which runs along the
rear of their lot. The 37 foot long portion of the easement
requested to be abandoned is encroached by an existing swimming
pool. Staff recommends that this request be approved subject to
the applicant providing an indemnification agreement.
